If something's wrong with your order
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. Free, no attitude.
- Email hello@deptofpetty.com within 21 days of delivery
- Include your order email and a clear photo of the problem
- No need to send the item back unless we ask
Size swaps and changes of heart
Everything is printed just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges for wrong size or buyer's remorse. Our tees use standard unisex sizing. If you're between sizes, measure a shirt you already love and size up if in doubt.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll cancel and refund you in full. After that, your shirt may already be on the press, and once it's printing, it's committed.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Your petty grievances are always welcome. Your returned shirts, less so.
